myGEZE Connects: Door service reimagined
With myGEZE Connects, GEZE is launching the next generation of its software for commissioning and maintenance of automatic doors. The service application from the specialist in door, window and safety technology is a digital tool that optimises all processes. It offers intuitive graphical operation and reliable documentation on site. In combination with the new myGEZE Bluetooth® module, it enables significantly more stable communication with the door control system and faster parameter setting. The solution is primarily aimed at authorised technicians.

Automated door systems have a wide range of parameter sets to optimally handle complex configurations and diverse requirements. Commissioning and maintaining such door systems is complex. GEZE is introducing the new myGEZE Connects Service App to make these work processes faster, more efficient, and more convenient for technicians and service partners. The software was developed based on the established GEZEconnects app, but meets much higher standards in terms of operation, stability and security.

For GEZE, the main focus with the new software was to ensure robust communication between commissioning software and door systems. The myGEZE Bluetooth® module has been overhauled: pairing is carried out at the touch of a button, and status displays provide clear feedback. The module is multi-app-compatible – it works with both myGEZE Connects and GEZEconnects.
Efficient servicing workflows
myGEZE Connects guides technicians through commissioning and maintenance with a clear, modern user interface: the app provides access to download essential documents such as manuals and wiring diagrams. Current parameter values, running data and error codes are displayed in real time, which facilitates and accelerates troubleshooting. The data can also be documented and output as a log.

The initial version of myGEZE Connects supports linear sliding doors from version 5.0 and Powerturn from version 2.1. Future new drives and other new products will be gradually integrated into the application. The software runs on Windows PCs, laptops and tablets with Bluetooth. The myGEZE Bluetooth® module can be permanently installed outside the drive – for example, in a flush-mounted or surface-mounted socket – ensuring convenient access for servicing.

myGEZE Connects is a service tool for professionals and is exclusively available to GEZE Service, service partners, GEZE subsidiaries and authorised and expert technicians. Trained administrators and maintenance supervisors can also use the software, provided they have completed product training and obtained a certificate of competence in accordance with EN 16005 / DIN 18650.
Use of the myGEZE Connects application requires the purchase of a product key. This is granted for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Existing GEZEconnects licences remain valid until 31 December 2026. Downloads and further information are available via the GEZE web portal in the "Services & Tools" section.
